Following is the information about HCS.

Habib Construction Services) Ltd was a dream about a year back. In a very short period of
one year Habib Construction has become first employees owned Construction Company of Pakistan. Once a dream HCS has shaped up in absolute reality. The company has now established to provide reliable and competitive Construction and Engineering solutions to customers worldwide. After spending 17 years in construction and engineering industry, and having served in senior positions in renowned companies of Pakistan and Gulf, I joined the company well versed with modern construction and engineering techniques and extensive experience in world’s largest construction and engineering projects. Today thanks to Allah SWT I have taken over as Chairman of a company which has a clear vision and a dynamic team of professionals.

Our growth today is absolutely where we want to be at the this time, Existing strong demand for the provision of services to the industries where we operate will continue to create new opportunities for us.

As we increase the breadth and scale of our services capabilities, provide a differentiated integrated offering and secure the benefits of greater internal collaboration, our organizational structure needs to evolve. Primarily to ensure both scalability and sustainability whilst, at the same times continuing to facilitate the entrepreneurial drive, commercial innovation and individual commitment that has brought HABIB to where it is today. We have been focusing in particular, on the development of initiatives and solutions that will underpin our workforce growth adding robustness to internal support systems and delivering efficiency gains which underpin further growth.

We are a company built on people and people’s ideas. The staff of Habib has helped us define how the world looks today and how it will look tomorrow. People are at hear at Habib, with 1,500 working hard every day across the country. With many locations and cultural diversity we all ensure that our vision and values are communicated and clearly understood.

I am confident that HABIB will continue its strong growth and evolve to meet the needs of our customers and capture opportunities within all the engineering sectors. The most efficient organizational structure together with systems, processes and resources that are both robust and saleable, will provide every one of us with the support we each need in our working environments. A Proud Legendary

The company has been established after the name of Ch. Habib-ur-Rehman, who was a proud legendary in the field of road construction. Late Ch. Habib-ur-Rehman always had desired to see the country in forefront of leading/developed countries. He always believed that in order to achieve the hallmark, it is necessary to have skill, dedication, intelligence and hard work. He moved forward and decided to from an organization capable of handling all types of construction work, in any type of weather and soil conditions. He always hammered in them to never say no or show sign of fatigue or be disgruntled in adverse conditions, during construction work. With his determination, dedication and devotion he succeeded in training a large number of people in various activities of construction. Due to his dedication to work he always enjoyed respect from his employers, colleagues and his subordinates. He had a matchless reputation of being an upright and hardworking construction professional. The present construction workers of Habib Construction Services (Pvt.) Ltd are mostly those who have been trained by the late Ch. Habib-ur-Rehman. The partners and workers feel proud to be his inheritance and the success of the company is a tribute to dedication of Mr. Habib-ur-Rehman.

Habib Construction Services aspires for becoming a leading construction company in Pakistan and desires to set construction standards for other brotherly organizations involved in the construction field so that construction works in Pakistan are compatible with other leading countries in the world.

BOD

Mr. Azam Bhatti Chairman Board of Directors Mr. Azam Bhatti, a very experienced and professional engineer who managed a number of successful projects in last 40 years while working in senior positions both in Army and private sector. Has worked on motorway projects i.e. M1, M2, M3 besides many other National Highways i.e. Pindi to Lahore and Hydrabad to Panu Aqil. He has extensive experience of Interchanges, flyovers and underpasses. In addition to above, he has worked on various Airfield, Gasfield and Dam projects as well.	Mr. Shahid Saleem Chief Executive / MD Mr. Shahid Saleem is a well known name in Construction Industry. He in his role as Director in the private sector of a large construction company has been instrumental in delivering large mega projects in Infrastructure of the Country which include Karachi - Hyderabad Super Highway, Talibwala Bridge project, Moro - Baberlo Additional Carriageway, M-3, M-1 and Sialkot International Airport etc. Presently while leading HCS team, completion of works over Lahore Ring Road Project are at his credit.
Ms. Afia Suhail Director She holds a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering and M.S. degree in Environmental Design, has specialty of Integrated Management Systems and has also served at senior positions in well known Consultants in Pakistan as well as abroad (U.S.A). Ms. Afia Suhail has vast and diversified experience at field and in office.	Mr. Muhammad Shabir Director Mr. Muhammad Shabir is a graduate in Quantity Surveying (UK) and also has a TEC Diploma in Building Studies (UK). He worked for Quantity Surveying Consultancy firm and Contractor in UK. He has worked both with NHA and NLC as Chief Quality Surveyor / Estimation Specialist. During his stay in NHA, he prepared Compposite Schedule of Rates.
Mr. Mohsin Hussnain Director Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and Fellow Member of Institute of Public Finance Accountants of Pakistan, Mr. Mohsin has vast experience of financial management and professional consultancy. He has served at senior positions in renowned private sector companies.
